Description

Engineering work is taking place in the Northampton area, closing some lines overnight.

Avanti West Coast:

From Monday to Thursday each night, the 18:52 Edinburgh to London Euston service will divert and not call at Northampton.

A rail replacement bus is planned to run between Rugby and Northampton, calling at Long Buckby.

Please note, this is not yet confirmed. Please check nearer the time of travel.

London Northwestern Railway:

From Tuesday to Thursday each night, the 22:50 Birmingham New Street to Northampton service will terminate at Coventry at 23:27. Customers are advised to travel on the 23:34 Coventry - London Euston Avanti West Coast service to Rugby (due to arrive at 23:43).

A rail replacement bus will operate between Rugby and Northampton, departing from Rugby at 23:53, Long Buckby at 00:24, arriving at Northampton at 00:50.
