Northern between Manchester Piccadilly and Chester

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Stockport and Chester, closing all lines via Altrincham overnight from Tuesday evening until Friday morning.

The 22:10 Manchester Piccadilly to Chester service will run as normally advertised to Altrincham, then call only at Knutsford, Northwich and Greenbank. A bus will be provide from Altrincham to Chester, calling at all stations normally served by the train.

The 22:52 Chester to Manchester Piccadilly service will be bus replaced throughout.

The 23:13 Manchester Piccadilly to Chester service will be bus replaced throughout.
