Description

Engineering work is taking place between Preston and Lancaster, closing some lines.

From 20:30 on Saturday:

The 20:42 and 21:46 Barrow-in-Furness to Preston services will terminate at Lancaster.

The 21:59 Manchester Airport to Barrow-in-Furness service will run between Manchester Airport and Preston, and between Lancaster and Barrow-in-Furness.

The 22:21 Morecambe to Preston service will terminate at Lancaster.

The 22:31 Preston to Barrow-in-Furness service will start from Lancaster.

The 22:49 Windermere to Preston service will terminate at Lancaster.

Buses will be provided between Lancaster and Preston.

Until 10:15 on Sunday:

The 08:41 Barrow-in-Furness to Manchester Oxford Road will run between Barrow-in-Furness and Lancaster, and between Preston and Manchester Oxford Road.

The 08:56 Manchester Victoria to Windermere service will run between Manchester Victoria and Preston, and between Lancaster and Oxenholme/Windermere.

Buses will be provided between Lancaster and Preston.
