Description

Engineering work is taking place overnight between Preston and Wigan North Western, closing some lines.

Saturday

The 21:22 Blackpool North to Manchester Airport service will terminate at Manchester Oxford Road. Onward train services are available.

The 23:17 Manchester Airport to Blackpool North service will not run. A bus will be provided from Bolton to Blackpool North, connecting out of the 23:46 Manchester Airport to Bolton service.

Sunday

The 07:52 Blackpool North to Manchester Oxford Road service will depart at 08:33 and run later than normally advertised throughout.

The 07:55 Blackpool North to Liverpool Lime Street service will run between Blackpool North and Preston, and between Wigan North Western and Liverpool Lime Street. You should use the next available service between Preston and Wigan North Western.

The 08:00 Manchester Piccadilly to Blackpool North service will run as normally advertised to Buckshaw Parkway, then depart Buckshaw Parkway at 08:56 and run approximately 15 minutes later than normally advertised to Blackpool North.

The 08:29 Liverpool Lime Street to Blackpool North service will not run. You should travel on the next available service.
