Description

Engineering work is taking place between Wigan Wallgate and Hindley / Walkden, closing all lines.

Buses will replace trains between:

• Wigan Wallgate and Bolton.

• Wigan Wallgate and Salford Crescent via Atherton.

Services between Southport and Manchester Oxford Road will run via an alternative route and will not call at Hindley, Westhoughton, Bolton or Salford Crescent.

A shuttle train service will run between Headbolt Lane and Wigan Wallgate.
