Description

Strike action to affect Avanti West Coast services has been announced by the ASLEF union.

Wednesday 8 May (Strike day):

Please do not attempt to travel with Avanti West Coast on Wednesday 8 May as no services are running.

Avanti West Coast services on the days either side of the strike will also be affected, along with industrial action impacting services throughout the week. These are mostly on Manchester and Birmingham routes. It's recommended you check your entire journey before you travel.
