Description
On Monday 25 September 2023, a property was badly damaged by fire near the railway at Ayr. Following extensive infrastructure works, trains are now able to run to, from and through Ayr.
A direct service is operating between Ayr and Glasgow Central. However, a reduced service is expected to operate between Stranraer and Girvan / Ayr / Kilmarnock until at least Friday 2 August.
Following the introduction of the reduced ScotRail timetable, there will be no replacement road transport to supplement the reduced service operating on this route. Please check back after Friday 2 August.
