Disruption following the emergency services dealing with an earlier incident between Newcastle and Berwick-upon-Tweed has now ended.

LNER advise that tickets valid for travel today, Sunday 2 June, may be used tomorrow, Monday 3 June. Customers who no longer wish to travel can apply for a full refund with their unused ticket(s) and no administration fee from the point of sale.
