Following the application outage on Monday 21 July 2025, we’re aware that some customers may still be experiencing issues with the Android app (version 10.3.3).
Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the Google Play store, as this has resolved the issue for most customers. Alternatively you will be able to revert to release 10.3.2.
