Engineering work is taking place between Cardiff Central and Pontypridd from 23:05, closing all lines.

As a result of this, the following alterations will apply:

  • 21:42 Bridgend to Aberdare will terminate at Cardiff Central. Customers should use the 22:46 Cardiff Central to Treherbert, then a replacement bus on to Aberdare.
  • 22:38 Merthyr Tydfil to Cardiff Central will terminate at Pontypridd. Customers should use a replacement bus service on to Cardiff Central.
  • 22:55 Cardiff Central to Radyr will not run. A replacement bus service will run.
  • 23:14 Radyr to Barry Island will start at Cardiff Queen Street. Customers should use a replacement bus service between Radyr and Barry Island.
