East Midlands Trains between London St Pancras and Corby / Leicester / Nottingham / Derby / Sheffield

Thameslink between Brighton and Bedford

Engineering work is taking place between London St Pancras and Bedford, and also between Bedford and Market Harborough.

East Midlands Trains

On both days, trains running towards London will be unable to call at Bedford station. Services from London will be able to call, though with extended journey times.

Replacement buses will run between Wellingborough and Bedford.

On Sunday, a reduced train service will run between Corby and Kettering, with replacement buses running instead of cancelled trains. Additionally, the 12:50 London St Pancras to Sheffield service will not call at Derby.


The lines used by Thameslink trains between Luton and Bedford will be closed. Buses will replace trains between Luton and Bedford until approx 03:00 on Monday morning.

Trains will run between Brighton and Luton using a revised timetable.
