Description

Engineering work is taking place between Romsey and Redbridge and also between St Denys and Woolston, closing all lines.

CrossCountry

  • Buses will operate between Eastleigh and Southampton Airport Parkway / Bournemouth

Great Western Railway

Trains will be diverted and will not call at Southampton Central.

  • Buses will operate between Eastleigh and Southampton Central

South Western Railway

Train services will run between London Waterloo and Eastleigh and between London Waterloo and Portsmouth via Eastleigh.

A revised train service will operate between Brockenhurst and Bournemouth / Weymouth.

Train services will run between Portsmouth Harbour and Woolston. All trains will use platform 1 at Woolston and some will need to leave Woolston earlier than normal to make space for the next train. 

A train service will run between Salisbury and Romsey. 

Buses will operate between:

  • Eastleigh and Brockenhurst
  • Eastleigh and Romsey via Southampton Central
  • Woolston and Southampton Central
  • Southampton Central and Bournemouth

Southern:

It is not yet known how Southern are affected by this engineering work.
