Description

Engineering work scheduled to take place between Glasgow Central and Motherwell has been cancelled on Saturday, and will now only take place on Sunday only.

CrossCountry:

As a result of the current Coronavirus outbreak, no CrossCountry services will run between Edinburgh and Glasgow Central.

LNER:

No LNER services will run between Glasgow Central and Edinburgh. Customers should use alternative train / bus services.

ScotRail:

On Saturday, train services will run as normal.

On Sunday, buses will replace trains between Glasgow Central and Shotts and between Glasgow Central and Lanark.

An hourly train service will run between Glasgow Central and Motherwell / Lanark, not calling at Cambuslang. A replacement bus service will run between Glasgow Central and Motherwell, calling at Cambuslang, Uddingston and Bellshill.

The Journey Planner has not yet been amended to reflect the cancellation of the engineering work on Saturday. Please check back nearer the time of travel.
