All Great Western Railway services via Westbury

South Western Railway between London Waterloo / Basingstoke / Salisbury and Frome / Yeovil Junction / Bristol Temple Meads

Engineering work is taking place around Westbury, closing all lines.

Great Western Railway:

After 07:15 on Saturday and all day Sunday, no trains will call at Westbury.

Long distance services between London and Devon / Cornwall will additionally call at Frome, and replacement buses will run between Frome and Westbury.

Services between Great Malvern / Worcester / Cardiff Central / Westbury and Weymouth / Southampton Central / Portsmouth Harbour / Brighton will be replaced by buses between Trowbridge and Westbury / Warminster. Replacement buses will also run between Westbury and Dilton Marsh,

A few trains will run through, but will not call at Westbury.

South Western Railway:

Buses will replace trains between:

  • Warminster and Frome / Castle Cary / Yeovil Pen Mill (via Westbury).
  • Salisbury / Warminster and Bristol temple Meads.
