It is advised that you only travel if essential, plan ahead and check your entire journey before you travel.

Train services:

Maps detailing which routes will have a train service, during limited hours, are available on the Great Western Railway website

Ticket changes and refunds:

Customers who have already purchased tickets can claim a full refund or can amend their ticket; those who travel and are delayed may be entitled to delay repay compensation if they are delayed by 15 minutes or more. Season ticket holders can apply for compensation through the Delay Repay scheme.
