The following two graphs provide an overview of feedback received.

 

Customers who choose to contact us via our contact centre are similarly invited to leave feedback about our service. From July 2014 to July 2015 over 7.000 customers agreed to take part in surveys about the service delivered by our contact centre. The two graphs below indicate the percentage of customers who were satisfied and would recommend our service.

 

Between July 2014 to July 2015 our Contact Centre received over 3.5 million calls! On average, 96.6% of those calls were answered. The graph below shows our performance over the year.
