Great Western Railway between Swindon and Cheltenham Spa

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Swindon / Gloucester and Cheltenham Spa, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday:

The 23:42 Swindon to Cheltenham Spa service will divert between Swindon and Gloucester, and will not call at Kemble, Stroud or Stonehouse. It will call additionally at Bristol Parkway.

A replacement bus will run from Swindon to Cheltenham Spa, calling at Kemble, Stroud, Stonehouse Town Hall and Gloucester (disembark only). If you are travelling between Swindon and Cheltenham Spa, you should use the train service.

Wednesday:

The 23:42 Swindon to Cheltenham Spa service will divert between Swindon and Gloucester, and will not call at Kemble, Stroud or Stonehouse. It will call additionally at Bristol Parkway, and will terminate at Gloucester.

A replacement bus will run from Swindon to Cheltenham Spa, calling at Kemble, Stroud, Stonehouse Town Hall and Gloucester (disembark only). If you are travelling between Swindon and Gloucester, you should use the train service. If you are travelling between Gloucester and Cheltenham Spa, you should use earlier train services.
