Description

Engineering work is taking place between Bath Spa and Westbury, closing all lines.

Monday to Thursday:

  • The 21:23 Portsmouth Harbour to Bristol Temple Meads service will terminate at Westbury. Road transport will run from Westbury to Bath Spa, calling at Trowbridge and Bradford-upon-Avon. You can then connect for onward rail services from Bath Spa to Bristol.

  • The 23:06 Bristol Temple Meads to Westbury service will terminate at Bath Spa. Road transport will run from Bath Spa to Westbury, calling at Bradford-upon-Avon and Trowbridge. (In addition to this, a minibus will run from Bath Spa to Westbury, calling at all stations). Please note the bus stops in Freshford Village in place of the station and in Westwood Village in place of Avoncliff station.

  • The 23:45 Bristol Temple Meads to Frome service will terminate at Bath Spa. Road transport will run from Bath Spa to Westbury, calling at Bradford-upon-Avon and Trowbridge. (In addition to this, a minibus will run from Bath Spa to Frome, calling at all stations). Please note the bus stops in Freshford Village in place of the station and in Westwood Village in place of Avoncliff station.

Please note, where minibuses are running, these will depart from Freshford Village (in place of Freshford station) and in Westwood Village (in place of Avoncliff station).

Tuesday to Friday:

  • The 06:13 Bristol Parkway to Westbury will operate in two parts: The 06:13 Bristol Parkway to Bristol Temple Meads and the 06:40 Bristol Temple Meads to Westbury. Customers can change at Bristol Temple Meads.

  • The 09:30 Weymouth to Gloucester will operate in two parts: The 09:30 Weymouth to Bristol Temple Meads and Gloucester and the 12:07 Bristol Temple Meads to Gloucester. Customers can change at Bristol Temple Meads.

  • The 15:12 Westbury to Warminster will NOT run.

  • The 15:30 Warminster to Bristol Temple Meads will start from Westbury.

  • The 13:30 Cardiff Central to Portsmouth Harbour and 13:23 Portsmouth Harbour to Cardiff Central services will call additionally at Dilton Marsh on request.
