Buses replace late night / early morning trains between Blackburn and Clitheroe / Colne from Monday 21 to Friday 25 September

Northern between Preston and Colne, and between Blackburn and Clitheroe

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Blackburn and Colne, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening to Friday morning.

Monday to Thursday:

• The 22:38 Preston to Colne service will terminate at Blackburn. A replacement bus will run from Blackburn to Colne

• The 23:42 Clitheroe to Blackburn service Clitheroe to Blackburn service will not run, and will be replaced by a bus

Tuesday to Friday:

• The 05:52 Colne to Preston service will start from Burnley Central at 06:05. A replacement bus will run from Colne at 05:30 to Burnley Central, connecting with the amended train
