Buses replace late night trains between Bristol Temple Meads and Westbury / Frome from Monday 16 to Thursday 19 November

Great Western Railway between Bristol Temple Meads and Frome / Portsmouth Harbour

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Bristol Temple Meads and Westbury, closing all lines late on Monday to Thursday nights.

As a result:

• The 21:23 Portsmouth Harbour to Bristol Temple Meads service will terminate at Westbury. A replacement bus will run from Westbury to Trowbridge, Bradford-on-Avon, Bath Spa and Bristol Temple Meads

• The 23:45 Bristol Temple Meads to Frome service will not run, and will be replaced by two buses from Bristol Temple Meads:

  • Bristol Temple Meads to Keynsham Church, Oldfield Park Lower Bristol Road, Bath Spa, Bradford-on-Avon, Trowbridge and Westbury

  • Bristol Temple Meads to Keynsham Church, Oldfield Park Lower Bristol Road, Bath Spa, Freshford (Village), Westwood (Village, for Avoncliff), Bradford-on-Avon, Trowbridge, Westbury and Frome
