Description

Engineering work is taking place between Bristol Temple Meads and Taunton, closing various lines. ​​​​​​​

From Bristol Temple Meads:

20:28 London Paddington to Weston-super-Mare will terminate at Bristol Temple Meads. Road transport from Bristol Temple Meads to Nailsea & Backwell, Yatton, Worle and Weston-super-Mare.

22:00 Bristol Temple Meads to Exeter St Davids will depart earlier at 21:58. It will NOT call at Highbridge & Burnham or Bridgwater. Normal timings from Taunton and beyond. Road transport will operate from Weston-super-Mare to Highbridge & Burnham, Bridgwater and Taunton for a later rail connection to Tiverton Parkway and Exeter St Davids.

23:04 Bristol Temple Meads to Westbury will depart a few minutes later than normal.

23:05 Bristol Temple Meads to Exeter St Davids will divert between Bristol Temple Meads and Taunton (via Westbury – NOT calling). It will NOT call at stations Bedminster to Bridgwater. It will pick up and set down customers at Taunton. Road transport from Bristol Temple Meads to all stations to Bridgwater, then setting down only at Taunton, Tiverton Parkway and Exeter St Davids.

23:48 Bristol Temple Meads to Exeter St Davids will NOT run and will be replaced by road transport from Bristol Temple Meads setting down only at Nailsea & Backwell, Yatton, Worle, Weston-super-Mare, Highbridge & Burnham, Bridgwater, Taunton, Tiverton Parkway and Exeter St Davids. A separate train will operate at 00:47 (Tue, Wed, Fri) Taunton to Tiverton Parkway and Exeter St Davids.

Towards Bristol Temple Meads:

19:15 Penzance (starting St Austell) to Bristol Temple Meads will divert between Taunton and Bristol Temple Meads (via Westbury – NOT calling). It will NOT call at Bridgwater, Highbridge and Burnham, Weston-super-Mare and Yatton. Road transport will operate from Taunton to Bridgwater, Highbridge and Burnham, Weston-super-Mare, Yatton and Bristol Temple Meads.

21:08 Paignton to Bristol Temple Meads will terminate at Taunton. Customers can travel by later services.

22:44 Taunton to Bristol Temple Meads will divert between Taunton and Bristol Temple Meads (via Westbury – NOT calling). It will NOT call at stations Bridgwater to Bedminster. Road transport will operate from Taunton to Bristol Temple Meads calling all stations.
