Great Western Railway between Bristol Temple Meads and Westbury / Frome / Portsmouth Harbour

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Bristol Temple Meads and Freshford, closing various lines.

As a result:

The 21:23 Portsmouth Harbour to Bristol Temple Meads service will terminate at Westbury, with a replacement bus between Westbury and Bristol Temple Meads.

The 23:06 Bristol Temple Meads to Frome service (Monday and Tuesday only) will terminate at Bath Spa. A replacement bus will run from Bath Spa to Westbury.

The 23:45 Bristol Temple Meads to Frome service will not run. A bus with limited stops will run from Bristol Temple Meads to Westbury, and a minibus will run from Bristol Temple Meads to Frome, calling at all stations.

Replacement bus stop info:

At Freshford, replacement buses will call at the Old Bakery instead of the station, and at Westwood Village instead of Avoncliff station.
