Description
Engineering work is taking place between Slateford and Haymarket, closing all lines.
No trains will run between Carlisle and Edinburgh all day. ScotRail do not run a service on New Year's Day.
Avanti West Coast:
No trains will run between Carlisle and Edinburgh all day. Trains between Carlisle and Glasgow Central will not call at Motherwell due to the station being closed.
You can use your ticket at no extra cost on rail replacement buses provided by TransPennine Express.
CrossCountry:
No trains will run between Glasgow Central and Edinburgh / Aberdeen all day.
TransPennine Express:
Buses will replace trains between Carlisle and Edinburgh all day.
