Description

Engineering work is taking place in the Cardiff area, closing some lines.

Services that usually run between Penarth and Coryton will operate between Cardiff Central and Coryton only.

Services that usually run between Cardiff Central and Bridgend via Cadoxton will be replaced by a bus throughout.

Services that usually run between Barry Island and Caerphilly / Rhymney will operate between Cardiff Central and Caerphilly / Rhymney only.

Services that usually run between Cardiff Central and Treherbert / Aberdare / Merthyr Tydfil via Fairwater will be diverted to run via Cardiff Queen Street.

Rail replacement buses will operate between:

  • Penarth and Cardiff Central

  • Cardiff Central and Bridgend

  • Barry Island and Cardiff Central
