Engineering work is taking place in the Plymouth / Newport (South Wales) areas, closing some lines.

The following services are affected:

• The 16:44 Penzance to Cardiff Central service will operate in two parts:

  • 16:44 Penzance to Plymouth

  • 18:50 Plymouth to Cardiff Central

• The 19:23 Portsmouth Harbour to Cardiff Central will terminate at Newport (South Wales).

You should use rail connections between Newport (South Wales) and Cardiff Central.
