Description

Engineering work is taking place between Cardiff Central and Newport, closing some lines overnight.

Saturday

The 20:30 Manchester Piccadlly to Cardiff Central service will terminate at Hereford. A replacement bus service will run from Hereford to Cardiff Central.

The 23:18 Cardiff Central to Gloucester service will not run. A replacement bus service will run from Cardiff Central to Gloucester.

Sunday

The 09:30 Newport to Milford Haven service will start from Cardiff Central. A replacement bus service will run from Newport (South Wales) to Cardiff Central, departing at 09:14.

The 09:53 Cardiff Central to Manchester Piccadilly service will start from Hereford. A replacement bus service will run from Cardiff Central to Hereford.

Buses will replace the following train services:

  • 07:44 Cardiff Central to Ebbw Vale Town

  • 08:23 Cardiff Central to Cheltenham Spa

  • 08:45 Gloucester to Cardiff Central

  • 08:52 Ebbw Vale Town to Cardiff Central

  • 10:38 Cheltenham Spa to Cardiff Central
