Buses replace late night / early morning trains between Chester and Crewe from Tuesday 16 to Friday 19 December

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Crewe and Chester, closing all lines overnight from Tuesday evening until Friday morning.

Tuesday to Thursday:

The 21:35 Cardiff Central to Chester service will terminate at Crewe, with a connecting replacement bus operating to Chester.

The 23:30 Crewe to Chester service will be replaced with a replacement bus throughout.

Wednesday to Friday:

The 04:18 Chester to Birmingham International service via Crewe, will start from Crewe with a connecting replacement bus between Chester and Crewe.

The 04:48 Chester to Crewe service will not run. A replacement bus will run from Chester earlier than usual at 04:20 to Crewe (arriving at 05:20) to enable long distance connections at Crewe.
