Amended late night Transport for Wales service between Shrewsbury and Chester from Monday 31 August until Thursday 3 September

Between Shrewsbury and Crewe / Chester, and also between Birmingham International and Manchester Piccadilly

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Shrewsbury and Chester, closing some lines.

The following services will be amended:

• 23:53 Shrewsbury to Chester service will not run and will be replaced by a bus throughout

• 21:09 Birmingham International to Manchester Piccadilly service will no longer call at stops between Shrewsbury and Chester and be diverted via Crewe - a rail replacement bus will call at all stops between Shrewsbury and Chester, departing at 22:30

• 22:22 Chester to Cardiff Central service will depart 33 mins earlier at 21:49 and travel via Crewe - a rail replacement bus will operate between Chester and Shrewsbury calling at Wrexham General, Ruabon, Chirk, Gobowen, departing at 22:25

• 22:19 Crewe to Shrewsbury service will not run
