Buses replace late night / early morning trains between Chester and Crewe on Monday 28 and Tuesday 29 December

Between Llandudno / Chester and Crewe, between Chester and Cardiff Central / Birmingham New Street, and also between Crewe and Wrexham General

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Chester and Crewe, closing some lines overnight.

Buses will replace trains between Chester and Crewe, affecting the following services:

Monday:

• The 21:26 Cardiff Central to Chester service will be diverted between Crewe and Chester via Wrexham General

• The 22:03 Llandudno to Crewe service will terminate at Chester

• The 23:32 Crewe to Wrexham General service will start from Chester at 23:52

Tuesday:

• The 04:18 Chester to Birmingham New Street service will be diverted between Chester and Crewe via Wrexham General

• The 04:48 Chester to Crewe service will not run
