Description

Engineering work is taking place between Retford and York, closing all lines.

CrossCountry:

Due to additional work closing Birmingham New Street, there will be no service between Reading and Newcastle via Doncaster.

No trains will call at Wakefield Westgate, your ticket will be accepted at no extra cost on other operators services between Doncaster / Leeds and Wakefield Westgate.

East Midlands Railway:

The 06:33 Peterborough to Doncaster train will terminate at Lincoln at 07:44, it will no longer call at Saxilby, Gainsborough Lea Road or Doncaster. A connecting rail replacement bus will run between Lincoln and Doncaster, calling at Saxilby and Gainsborough Lea Road.

For the remainder of the day, buses will replace trains between Lincoln and Doncaster.

Grand Central:

Grand Central have yet to confirm how they are affected by these works.

Hull Trains:

Hull Trains have yet to confirm how they are affected by these works.

LNER:

Trains will run between London Kings Cross and Retford / Lincoln and between York and Edinburgh / Aberdeen / Perth.

Rail replacement coaches will run non-stop between Newark North Gate / Doncaster and York, and between Retford and Leeds calling at Doncaster, Wakefield Westgate and Leeds.

The 12:00 London Kings Cross to Inverness service will only operate between York and Perth, with a non-stop rail replacement coach from Perth to Inverness.

Lumo:

Lumo have yet to confirm how they are affected by these works.

Northern:

Trains between:

• Hull and Sheffield will not run

• Scarborough and Sheffield will run between Scarborough and Hull

• Hull and Doncaster will run between Hull and Hatfield & Stainforth

• Scunthorpe and Doncaster will not run

• Leeds and Doncaster will not run

• Adwick and Sheffield will run between Conisbrough and Sheffield

• Leeds (via Moorthorpe) and Sheffield will not run

Replacement buses will run between:

• Wakefield Westgate and Doncaster, trains are available between Leeds and Wakefield Westgate

• Goole and Meadowhall and Goole, calling at Doncaster only

• Goole and Conisbrough, calling at Hatfield & Stainforth, Kirk Sandal and Doncaster

• Scunthorpe and Conisbrough, calling at stations normally served by the trains

Train services are available between Meadowhall and Sheffield, and between Hull and Goole.

TransPennine Express:

Trains between Liverpool Lime Street and Cleethorpes will run between Liverpool Lime Street and Sheffield and between Scunthorpe and Cleethorpes.

A replacement bus service will run between Sheffield and Scunthorpe.
