Description

Engineering work is taking place between Doncaster and York / Selby, closing all lines. ​​​​​​​

CrossCountry:

Trains will be diverted, a limited service will call at Doncaster. Journey times will be extended by up to 15 minutes. For Doncaster, you may need to use alternative services.

Grand Central:

An amended and reduced service will run between London Kings Cross and Sunderland. Trains will be diverted, extending journey times by up to an hour.

Hull Trains:

All services will be diverted via Goole.

Services will not call at Selby or Howden.

LNER:

An amended service will run with trains running by diversionary routes, extending journey times by up to an hour:

  • 1 train per hour between London Kings Cross and Newcastle / Scotland.

  • between London Kings Cross and Retford / Doncaster.

  • between York and Newcastle / Edinburgh / Glasgow Central.

Lumo:

Trains will run between Newcastle and Edinburgh only.

TransPennine Express:

No direct service will operate between Liverpool Lime Street and Newcastle.

You should use alternative services and change at York where a reduced service of two trains per hour will operate to / from Newcastle.
