Engineering work is taking place between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport / Reading, closing some lines.
Saturday
From 21:00, the following amendments will apply:
Services between Abbey Wood and Maidenhead will run between Abbey Wood and Paddington Elizabeth line only
Reduced service between Abbey Wood and Heathrow Terminal 4 of 2 trains per hour
Reduced service to / from Hayes & Harlington, Southall, and Ealing Broadway of 6 trains per hour
Reduced service to / from Heathrow Terminal 2 & 3 and West Ealing of 4 trains per hour
Sunday
Until 11:15:
Replacement buses (4 per hour) will run between Ealing Broadway and Slough
A shuttle service will run between Slough and Reading, calling at all stations
Services between Shenfield and Heathrow Terminal 5 will run between Shenfield and Paddington Elizabeth line only
After 11:15:
Reduced service between London Paddington and Maidenhead of 2 trains per hour (terminating at Reading) as Abbey Wood to Maidenhead Services will operate between Abbey Wood and London Paddington only
A reduced service will run between Abbey Wood and Heathrow Terminal 4, of only 2 trains per hour
A reduced service will call at Maidenhead, Burnham, Slough, Langley, West Drayton, Hanwell and Acton Main Line of only 2 trains per hour
A reduced service will call at Hayes & Harlington, Southall and Ealing Broadway of only 6 trains per hour
A reduced service will call at West Ealing and Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 of only 4 trains per hour
Services between Abbey Wood and Reading will now call at Iver
Engineering work is taking place between London Paddington and Slough, closing all lines until 11:15 on Sunday.
Until 11:15:
Trains that usually run to / from London Paddington will instead run to / from Reading. Some services will run to / from Oxford.
For London Paddington, you should use later train services.
Chiltern Railways will operate between Oxford and London Marylebone.
South Western Railway services between Reading and London Waterloo are expected to be busy as sporting events are planned for Twickenham.
After 11:15:
Throughout the day, an amended and reduced timetable will run to / from London Paddington. Trains will be retimed to run up to 15 minutes earlier or later than usual.
Local stopping services that normally run between London Paddington and Didcot Parkway will run between Reading and Didcot Parkway only. Other trains to / from London Paddington will make calls at local stations between London Paddington and Reading.
Additional trains will run between Reading and Oxford, calling at local stations.
Services between London Paddington and Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 and Heathrow Terminal 5 will run to an amended timetable. There will be no service until approximately 11:00, and a reduced service will run all day.
