Description

Engineering work is taking place in the Rutherglen area, closing some lines.

Avanti West Coast:

A reduced service will operate, with trains between Glasgow Central and Motherwell being diverted to run via Mount Florida.

CrossCountry:

No trains will call at Glasgow Central and Motherwell.

Rail replacement buses will operate between Motherwell and Edinburgh.

You can use ScotRail services between Glasgow Central and Edinburgh at no extra cost.

ScotRail:

It is not yet known how ScotRail are affected by this work.

TransPennine Express:

No trains will run between Glasgow Central and Carlisle.

Alternative travel arrangements are yet to be confirmed.
