No trains will run between Gospel Oak and Barking Riverside before 09:30.

• 09:33 Barking Riverside to Gospel Oak

• 10:09 Gospel Oak to Barking Riverside

• London Underground Northern line to Archway for Upper Holloway and then local buses 310/210 or 41 and W7 for Crouch Hill

• London Underground Victoria line to Seven Sisters for South Tottenham

• London Underground Victoria line to Blackhorse Road

• London Underground Victoria line or Weaver line to Walthamstow Central for Walthamstow Queen's Road and local bus 97 to Leyton Midland Road

• London Underground Central line to Leytonstone for Leytonstone High Road

• Elizabeth line to Forest Gate for Wanstead Park and local bus 330 and 25 / 86 / 425 to Woodgrange Park

• London Underground District or Hammersmith & City line for Barking

• Local buses EL1, EL2, EL3 to complete their journey between Barking and Barking Riverside
