Description

Engineering work is taking place between Hayes & Harlington and Slough, closing 2 out of 4 lines on Saturday and Sunday.

Elizabeth line:

On Saturday and Sunday, an amended service will run between London Paddington and Maidenhead / Reading.

Before 08:00 on Sunday, no trains will run between West Drayton and Slough. Replacement buses will run between Hayes & Harlington and Slough.

The first trains to run on Sunday morning will be:

• The 07:46 London Paddington to Reading service

• The 07:53 Reading to Abbey Wood service

Great Western Railway:

Long distance services:

On Saturday and Sunday, trains will run to an amended timetable with extended journey times. Some trains will not call at stations between London Paddington and Reading, and other services will not run.

On Saturday, trains will be retimed to run to / from London Paddington up to 10 minutes earlier or later than usual.

On Sunday, trains will be retimed to run to / from London Paddington up to 8 minutes earlier or later than usual.

Local services:

On Saturday, trains that usually run between London Paddington and Didcot Parkway will be amended to run between Reading and Didcot Parkway only. On Sunday, these trains will be retimed to run a few minutes earlier or later than usual.

• 21:08 and 22:38 London Paddington to Reading will not run

• 23:53 Slough to Windsor & Eton Central will depart 00:03

Sunday:

• 00:03 Windsor & Eton Central to Slough will depart 00:12

• 00:18 Reading to Newbury will depart 00:23

• 06:20 Reading to London Paddington will terminate at Slough. For travel beyond Slough, you can travel by later services at no extra cost

• 06:38 London Paddington to Reading will start from Slough. For travel London Paddington travel by later services
