London Overground between Highbury & Islington and Clapham Junction / New Cross / Crystal Palace / West Croydon

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Highbury & Islington and Clapham Junction / Crystal Palace, closing some lines on Monday to Thursday evenings.

After 22:00, only 2 trains per hour will run between West Croydon and New Cross Gate. An infrequent train service between Crystal Palace and New Cross Gate.

Between Highbury & Islington and Dalston Kingsland, you are advised to use London Overground Mildmay line services, or London Bus route 30 at no extra cost.

Rail replacement bus services will run:

  • Service X between Dalston Kingsland and New Cross Gate

  • Service M between Canada Water and Clapham Junction via Surrey Quays

Alternatively, you can use London Buses / London Underground to complete their journeys where necessary, at no extra cost.

For West Croydon and Crystal Palace, you should use the first available London Overground train, or Southern services at no extra cost. Alternatively, London Buses to / from Anerley can be used at no extra cost.
