Northern between Sheffield and Huddersfield

All TransPennine Express services to / from / via Huddersfield

Description

Engineering work is taking place at Huddersfield, closing all lines.

Northern:

Buses will replace trains between Huddersfield and Lockwood / Penistone.

Trains will run between Lockwood / Penistone and Sheffield.

TransPennine Express:

No trains will run between Dewsbury and Stalybridge.

As a result, TransPennine Express train services will run to an amended timetable, with trains diverting to run via Hebden Bridge (not calling), between:

• Newcastle and Liverpool Lime Street

• Saltburn / Redcar Central and Manchester Airport

• Scarborough and Manchester Victoria

• Hull and Leeds

• Stalybridge to Manchester Piccadilly
  

Rail replacement buses will run between:

• Huddersfield and Stalybridge (direct)

• Huddersfield and Stalybridge, calling at Slaithwaite, Marsden, Greenfield and Mossley

• Huddersfield and Brighouse
