Buses replace trains between Leeds and Huddersfield / Halifax via Dewsbury on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 August

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Leeds and Deighton, closing all lines via Dewsbury.

Northern:

Rail replacement buses will operate between:

• Leeds and Huddersfield via Dewsbury

• Leeds and Halifax via Dewsbury and Brighouse

Saturday only:

Services between Leeds and Manchester Victoria will be diverted to run via Bradford Interchange and Halifax. These services will no longer call at Cottingley, Morley, Batley, Dewsbury, Mirfield and Brighouse.

Saturday and Sunday:

Services between Leeds and Bradford Interchange via Dewsbury and Brighouse will not run.

TransPennine Express:

No Transpennine Express train services between Leeds / Dewsbury and Huddersfield.

Saturday and Sunday:

The following train service will operate between:

• Hull and Dewsbury​

• Redcar Central and Dewsbury

• Newcastle and Leeds

• Scarborough and York

• York and Wakefield Kirkgate

• Huddersfield and Manchester Airport

• Huddersfield and Manchester Victoria (via Todmorden)​

• Huddersfield and Liverpool Lime Street

Rail replacement buses will operate between:

• Leeds and Huddersfield - Fast Bus

• Wakefield Kirkgate and Huddersfield via Dewsbury

• Dewsbury and Huddersfield
