TransPennine Express between Liverpool Lime Street and York / Hull / Newcastle, between Manchester Airport and York / Saltburn / Redcar Central, between Manchester Piccadilly and York / Scarborough / Redcar Central, and also between Manchester Victoria and Hull / Scarborough / Redcar Central / Darlington

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Leeds and Micklefield, closing all lines.

CrossCountry:

The majority of trains will not run between Leeds and York, with a few train services diverting to run between Leeds and York via Castleford, with extended journey times. You should instead use other train services between Leeds and York.

A reduced CrossCountry service will call at Wakefield Westgate.

Northern:

Buses will replace trains between Leeds and Selby / York.

Trains between Leeds and York via Garforth will be cancelled in full.

TransPennine Express:

TransPennine Express will run an amended timetable.

Saturday:

• Liverpool Lime Street to Newcastle

• York to Scarborough

• Wakefield Kirkgate to York

• York to Redcar Central

• Leeds to Hull

• Manchester Victoria to York via Castleford

• Manchester Airport to Stalybridge

Sunday:

• Wakefield Kirkgate to York

• Leeds to Hull

• York to Redcar Central

• York to Scarborough

• Manchester Piccadilly to Stalybridge (after 12:30)

• Liverpool Lime Street to Newcastle

• Manchester Airport to York (after 12:30)

Rail replacement services will operate between:

• Huddersfield to Brighouse

• Huddersfield and Manchester Airport (via Stockport)

• Huddersfield to Stalybridge (direct and all stops)

• Huddersfield to Wakefield Kirkgate
