Engineering work is taking place overnight between Manchester Victoria and Liverpool Lime Street, closing some lines.

Monday to Thursday:

The 19:11 Edinburgh to Liverpool Lime Street will not call at Newton-le-Willows and Lea Green but will additionally call at Manchester Oxford Road.

Tuesday to Friday:

The 05:20 Liverpool Lime Street to Newcastle will depart earlier at 05:06 and will not call at Lea Green, Newton-le-Willows or Manchester Victoria but will additionally call at Manchester Oxford Road and Manchester Piccadilly.
