Description

Engineering work is taking place between Liverpool Lime Street and Rainhill / Wigan, and between Patricroft and Manchester Victoria, closing some lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

Monday to Thursday:

The 22:20 Blackpool North to Liverpool Lime Street service will be amended, and will not call at stations between Wigan North Western and Liverpool Lime Street. A bus will be provided from Wigan North Western to Liverpool Lime Street to serve these stations.

The 22:44 Wilmslow to Liverpool Lime Street service will terminate at Manchester Oxford Road. A bus will be provided from Manchester Piccadilly to Liverpool Lime Street.

The 23:00 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Airport service will start from Manchester Oxford Road. A bus will be provided from Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Airport.

The 23:22 Liverpool Lime Street to Preston service will be bus replaced throughout.

The 23:30 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Victoria service will be bus replaced throughout.

Tuesday to Friday:

The 05:30 Manchester Victoria to Liverpool Lime Street service will not run. You can use your tickets at no extra cost on the 05:32 Manchester Airport to Liverpool Lime Street service, which will depart Manchester Piccadilly and 05:54 and Manchester Oxford Road at 05:57.
