Engineering work is taking place in the London Paddington area, closing various lines.
Elizabeth line:
Saturday:
Trains to / from Heathrow Terminal 5 will run between London Paddington (High level) and Hayes & Harlington only, and will run to an amended timetable.
For Heathrow, you can use London Underground Piccadilly line services, or London Buses.
Sunday:
Before 07:40, no trains will run between London Paddington and Heathrow / Reading.
Between 07:40 and 12:40, an amended service will run between Slough and Reading.
Replacement buses will run between Slough and Ealing Broadway.
After 12:40, an amended train service will run between Ealing Broadway and Hayes & Harlington / Reading.
You can use London Underground services or London Buses to complete your journey.
Great Western Railway:
Saturday:
The 23:45 Didcot Parkway to London Paddington will terminate at Reading. Road transport will operate from Reading to Twyford, Maidenhead, Taplow, Burnham, Slough, Langley, West Drayton, Hayes & Harlington, setting down only at Southall, Ealing Broadway and London Paddington, arriving at 03:03 (Sunday).
The last train from Reading to London Paddington will leave earlier at 23:56.

All day, the following services (reduced frequency on some routes) will start / terminate at Reading:
London Paddington and Bristol Temple Meads (some beyond) / Swansea (also diverted).
London Paddington and Exeter St Davids / Paignton / Plymouth / Penzance.
London Paddington and Worcester / Great Malvern / Hereford (via Oxford).
From 12:40, connecting trains will operate between Ealing Broadway, Slough and Reading.
Trains between London Paddington / Swindon and Cheltenham Spa will operate between Swindon and Cheltenham Spa only.
Trains between London Paddington and Oxford will not run. Alternative routes:
London Waterloo - Reading (operated by South Western Railway).
London Marylebone - Oxford (operated by Chiltern Railways) for connections towards Worcester / Great Malvern / Hereford.
Local services:
Until 12:40:
An hourly local service between London Paddington and Didcot Parkway will run between Slough and Didcot Parkway. These trains will operate fast between Slough and Reading.
Elizabeth line will be operating 2 trains per hour between Slough, Burnham, Taplow, Maidenhead, Twyford and Reading.
Elizabeth Line will also be running road transport (4 buses per hour each way) between Ealing Broadway and stations to / from Slough). London Underground connections at Ealing Broadway to / from central London.
After 12:40:
The hourly local service between London Paddington and Didcot Parkway will start / terminate Ealing Broadway.
These trains will operate fast between Ealing Broadway and Slough and between Slough and Reading. They will be supplemented by 2 trains per hour (fast) between Ealing Broadway and Reading.
Elizabeth Line will be operating 4 trains per hour between Ealing Broadway and stations to / from Maidenhead – 2 of these trains per hour will extend to / from Twyford and Reading.

Sunday early morning services:
The 00:34 London Paddington to Reading will not run. An earlier train will run from London Paddington at 00:08 to Slough, Maidenhead, Twyford and Reading.
The 06:38 London Paddington to Reading will not run and will be part replaced by road transport from Ealing Broadway and Slough (pick up only), Burnham, Maidenhead, Twyford and Reading. London Underground connections at Ealing Broadway from central London.
The 06:20 Reading to London Paddington will not run, and will be part replaced by road transport from Reading, Twyford, Maidenhead, Burnham to Slough (set down only) and Ealing Broadway. London Underground connections at Ealing Broadway for central London.
Night Riviera Sleeper services:
The 21:15 Penzance to London Paddington “Night Riviera” Sleeper service will operate normally.
The 23:50 London Paddington to Penzance “Night Riviera” Sleeper service will start from Reading.
Heathrow Express:
No trains will run between London Paddington and Heathrow Terminal 5.
