Description

Engineering work is taking place between Manchester Piccadilly and Chester, closing some lines overnight.

Monday to Thursday

• The 21:09 Birmingham International Airport to Manchester Piccadilly service will terminate at Chester. A replacement bus service will run from Chester to Manchester Piccadilly, not calling at Warrington Bank Quay

• The 23:20 Manchester Airport to Holyhead service will terminate at Manchester Piccadilly, and a replacement bus service will run from Manchester Piccadilly to Chester. A train service will run from Chester to Holyhead, departing at 00:52. If you are travelling to / from Manchester Airport or East Didsbury, you should use services provided by other train operators to complete your journey

Tuesday to Friday

• The 00:26 Manchester Piccadilly to Chester service will not run. A replacement bus service will run from Manchester Piccadilly to Chester, calling at all stations

• The 03:51 Chester to Manchester Airport service will not run. A replacement bus service will run from Chester to Manchester Piccadilly. If you are travelling to / from Manchester Airport or East Didsbury, you should use services provided by other train operators to complete your journey

• The 04:55 Chester to Manchester Airport service will depart later than usual at 05:00, and will terminate at Manchester Oxford Road. If you are travelling to / from Manchester Piccadilly / Manchester Airport or East Didsbury, you should use services provided by other train operators to complete your journey

• The 06:25 Manchester Airport to Llandudno service will start from Manchester Oxford Road. If you are travelling to / from Manchester Piccadilly / Manchester Airport or East Didsbury, you should use services provided by other train operators to complete your journey
