Between Preston and Manchester Airport, between Blackburn / Manchester Victoria and Wigan Wallgate

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Manchester Victoria / Deansgate and Newton-le-Willows, closing some lines.

The following services are affected:

• The 09:12 Preston to Manchester Airport service will be diverted via Bolton. You should use alternative Northern services between Preston and Leyland / Wigan to complete your journey

• The 21:13 Blackburn to Wigan Wallgate service will terminate at Manchester Victoria

• The 22:36 Manchester Victoria to Wigan Wallgate service will not run, and a replacement bus service will depart at 22:46 from Manchester Victoria to Wigan Wallgate via Atherton
