Description

Engineering work is taking place overnight between Wilmslow and Manchester Piccadilly, closing some lines.

Northern:

Tuesday to Thursday:

The 21:21 Blackpool North to Manchester Airport service will terminate at Stockport. A bus will be provided from Manchester Oxford Road to Manchester Airport.

The 22:23 Blackpool North to Manchester Airport service will terminate at Manchester Piccadilly. A bus will be provided from Manchester Piccadilly to Manchester Airport.

The 22:36 Manchester Piccadilly to Wilmlsow service will terminate at Manchester Airport. A bus will be provided from Manchester Airport to Wilmslow.

The 22:44 Wilmlsow to Liverpool Lime Street service will start from Manchester Oxford Road. A bus will be provided from Wilmlsow to Liverpool Lime Street, calling at stations via Manchester Airport and stopping to set down only from Manchester Piccadilly.

The 23:00 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Airport service will terminate at Manchester Piccadilly. A bus will be provided from Manchester Piccadilly to Manchester Airport.

The 23:17 Manchester Airport to Blackpool North service will start from Stockport. A bus will be provided from Manchester Airport to Blackpool North, stopping to set down only from Manchester Oxford Road.

The 23:22 Blackpool North to Manchester Airport service will terminate at Manchester Piccadilly. A bus will be provided from Manchester Piccadilly to Manchester Airport.

The 23:37 Manchester Piccadilly to Manchester Airport train will not run and will be replaced by a bus.

The 23:46 Manchester Airport to Blackpool North service will start from Manchester Piccadilly. A bus will be provided from Manchester Airport to Blackpool North, stopping to drop off only from Manchester Piccadilly.

Wednesday to Friday:

The 00:44 Crewe to Manchester Piccadilly service will not call at Manchester Airport. A bus will be provided between Crewe to Manchester Piccadilly, calling at Manchester Airport.

The 04:48 Manchester Airport to Blackpool North service will start from Manchester Piccadilly.

Transport for Wales:

Monday to Thursday:

The 20:02 Holyhead to Manchester Airport service will terminate at Manchester Oxford Road with an onward rail replacement bus being provided towards Manchester Airport (Manchester Piccadilly at 23:06 (pickup only), East Didsbury at 23:31 and Manchester Airport at 23:41).

The 23:25 Manchester Airport to Holyhead service will start from Manchester Oxford Road at 23:46 with a connecting bus being provided from Manchester Airport at 22:56, East Didsbury at 23:06, Manchester Piccadilly at 23:31 (drop off only) and arriving Manchester Oxford Road at 23:36.

TransPennine Express:

Tuesday to Thursday:

  • 23:19 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Airport will terminate at Manchester Victoria

  • 20:12 Edinburgh to Manchester Airport will terminate at Manchester Piccadilly

Wednesday to Friday:

  • 00:38 Manchester Airport to York will start from Manchester Victoria

  • 04:07 Manchester Airport to Scarborough will start from Manchester Victoria

  • 01:30 York to Manchester Airport will terminate at Manchester Victoria

  • 00:18 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Airport will terminate at Manchester Victoria

  • 02:28 Manchester Airport to York will start from Manchester Piccadilly at 02:44

  • 04:28 Manchester Airport to Redcar Central will start from Manchester Piccadilly at 04:43

Rail replacement buses will run between Manchester Airport and Manchester Piccadilly in both directions
