Description
Engineering work is taking place overnight in the Chester area, closing some lines.
The following amendments will be in operation:
Tuesday to Thursday:
19:42 Llandudno to Manchester Airport will terminate at Manchester Oxford Road, with onward connections available on Northern and Transpennine Express services to Manchester Piccadilly, East Didsbury (Northern-only) and Manchester Airport.
21:09 Birmingham International to Manchester Airport will terminate at Chester with an onward rail replacement bus available to Manchester - note, that this service will not call at Warrington Bank Quay due to station opening hours
21:52 Chester to Manchester Airport will terminate at Warrington Bank Quay with an onward rail replacement bus available to Manchester Piccadilly
22:01 Chester to Liverpool Lime Street will be replaced by a bus between Chester and Liverpool South Parkway, you should use other Train Operators service to Liverpool Lime Street
22:25 Manchester Airport to Chester will start from Manchester Oxford Road at 21:55 and run earlier throughout, you should use other Train Operators services to connect with the train.
23:22 Liverpool Lime Street to Chester will start from Liverpool South Parkway, you should use other Train Operators services from Liverpool Lime Street to connect with the train
Wednesday to Friday:
00:24 Manchester Piccadilly to Chester service will be replaced by a bus throughout
00:51 Manchester Airport to Holyhead will start from Chester with a connecting rail replacement bus from Manchester Piccadilly to Chester
03:51 Chester to Manchester Airport will be replaced by a bus between Chester and Manchester Piccadilly, you should use other Train Operators services from Manchester Piccdailly for East Didsbury and Manchester Airport.
04:50 Chester to Manchester Airport will depart later at 05:00 and terminate at Manchester Oxford Road, with onward connections available on Northern and Transpennine Express services to Manchester Piccadilly, East Didsbury (Northern-only) and Manchester Airport
05:20 Manchester Airport to Llandudno will start from Warrington Bank Quay at 06:21, with a connecting inbound bus from Manchester Piccadilly
06:25 Manchester Airport to Llandudno will start from Manchester Oxford Road, you should use other Train Operators services to connect with the train
