Northern between Blackpool North / Hebden Bridge / Hull / Selby / Leeds and York, and between Bradford Interchange / Halifax and Hull

TransPennine Express between Manchester Victoria and Darlington, between Liverpool Lime Street / Manchester Airport and York / Newcastle, between Manchester Airport and Redcar Central / Saltburn, between Manchester Piccadilly / Manchester Victoria and Scarborough

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Micklefield and Selby / York, closing all lines.

CrossCountry:

No CrossCountry trains will operate between Leeds and York.

A reduced service will call at Wakefield Westgate and Leeds.

Tickets between Leeds and York can be used on all train operators at no extra cost.

Northern:

The following train services are amended:

  • York to Blackpool North - will now start / terminate at Leeds

  • York to / from Leeds via Garforth - no trains will run

  • Halifax / Leeds to Selby / Hull - trains will terminate at Leeds

  • Hull / Selby to Leeds / Halifax - trains will terminate at Leeds

Train services are available to / from Selby and Hull.

Rail replacement buses are available to / from Leeds and York, and to / from Leeds and Selby.

TransPennine Express:

TransPennine Express will operate an amended timetable as follows:

Saturday:

  • Liverpool Lime Street to Newcastle

  • Manchester Victoria to Scarborough

  • Manchester Victoria to Liverpool Lime Street via Newton-le-Willows

  • York to Redcar Central

  • Leeds to Hull (via Castleford, not calling)

  • Manchester Victoria to York via Castleford

Sunday:

  • Manchester Victoria to Scarborough (additionally calling at Stalybridge)

  • Leeds to Hull (via Castleford, not calling)

  • York to Redcar Central

  • Manchester Victoria to York via Castleford

  • Liverpool Lime Street to Newcastle (Additionally calling at Lea Green and Dewsbury)

  • Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Victoria via Newton-le-Willows
