Description

Engineering work is taking place between Highbury & Islington and Dalston Junction, and also between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace / West Croydon, closing all lines.

London Overground:

Saturday and Sunday:

No trains will run between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace / West Croydon.

You can use Southern services to complete your journey.

Sunday:

No trains will run between Highbury & Islington and Dalston Junction, or between Surrey Quays and New Cross.

You can use Southern services to complete your journey.

Southern:

No Southern trains will run between London Bridge and East Croydon via Sydenham, or between London Bridge and Crystal Palace.

Replacement buses will run between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace.

Additionally:

  • Trains to / from Caterham will run to an amended timetable, and will be diverted to run via Peckham Rye.

  • Trains between London Bridge and London Victoria will run between Crystal Palace and London Victoria only.

On Saturday:

  • Trains to / from Uckfield will run between Uckfield and East Croydon only.

  • Trains that usually run between London Victoria and West Croydon will run between London Victoria and Crystal Palace only.

Ticket acceptance:

You can use London Underground services between London Bridge and Canada Water, and London Overground services between Canada Water and New Cross Gate and also between Whitechapel and New Cross Gate. You can use Elizabeth line services between Farringdon and Whitechapel.

Thameslink:

Thameslink trains between Royston / Finsbury Park / Bedford and Three Bridges / Horsham / Brighton will be diverted between London Blackfriars and East Croydon, running to an amended timetable with extended journey times, and will not call at London Bridge.

Thameslink trains to / from Sutton will only run run via Wimbledon.

No Thameslink trains will call at Mitcham Eastfields, Mitcham Junction, Hackbridge or Carshalton. You should use alternative Southern services to complete your journey.
