Description
Engineering work is taking place at Newark Castle, closing various lines.
Due to major engineering works at Newark Castle a reduced timetable will be in place.
Saturday:
1 train per hour will run between Nottingham and Newark Castle.
Trains between Crewe and Newark Castle will start / terminate at Nottingham.
Trains between Leicester and Grimsby will run between Leicester and Nottingham and between Lincoln Central and Grimsby Town. Connecting buses will run between Newark Castle and Lincoln Central.
Additionally:
The 06:08 Lincoln to Newark North Gate service will be replaced by a bus throughout.
The 06:46 Newark North Gate to Peterborough service will be replaced by a bus throughout.
The 07:45 Lincoln to Newark North Gate service will be replaced by a bus throughout.
The 08:36 Peterborough to Lincoln service will be replaced by a bus throughout.
Sunday:
Trains between Nottingham and Lincoln will start / terminate at Newark Castle.
Trains between Nottingham and Cleethorpes will only run between Nottingham and Newark Castle and between Lincoln and Cleethorpes. Connecting buses will run between Newark Castle and Lincoln Central.
Monday to Friday:
1 train per hour will run between Nottingham and Newark Castle.
Trains between Crewe and Newark Castle will start / terminate at Nottingham.
Trains between Leicester and Grimsby will run between Leicester and Nottingham and between Lincoln Central and Grimsby Town. Connecting buses will run between Newark Castle and Lincoln.

The 07:36 Lincoln to Grimsby service will be replaced by a bus throughout.
The 08:39 Grimsby to Lincoln service will be replaced by a bus throughout.
The 12:34 Lincoln to Peterborough service will be replaced by a bus throughout.
The 14:16 Peterborough to Lincoln service will be replaced by a bus throughout.
