Description

Signalling renewal work is taking place between Northallerton and Eaglescliffe, closing all lines.

Grand Central:

Trains to / from Sunderland will be diverted to run via Durham, and will not call at Hartlepool or Eaglescliffe.

Replacement buses will run between Hartlepool and Darlington via Eaglescliffe, connecting with train services.

Northern:

Saturday:

Buses replace trains between Darlington and Thornaby.

Sunday:

Buses replace trains between:

  • Darlington and Middlesbrough.

  • Stockton and Middlesbrough.

TransPennine Express:

No trains will run between Northallerton and Saltburn. Trains that usually run to / from Saltburn will be amended to run to / from Darlington.

Buses will replace trains between Northallerton and Saltburn via Yarm / Thornaby, Middlesbrough and Redcar Central.
